Cancellations

You may cancel your booking with me at any time. However, If you cancel your wedding booking in full or in part with me for any reason you must note the following:

  • All Deposits/ Booking Fees are non refundable.

Any trial and/or final balance payments for services that have been paid for but not undertaken, a sliding scale of fees will apply.

  • Cancellations up to 14 days before the wedding/event, 100% of the trial(s)/final balance is payable.

  • Cancellations 15-28 days before the wedding/event 75% of the trial(s)/final balance is payable.

  • Cancellations 29-59 days before the wedding/event 50% of the trial(s)/final balance is payable.

  • Please note if you have paid for a trial and it has been carried out this will not be refunded.

Deposits/Booking Fee are non-refundable. No further compensation will be offered

TRIALS

Trials take place at my home salon (Getting here)  I can also travel to you but this will have an added travel allowance fee.

Trials can be paid for on the day of the trial or in advance.

  

Booking Fee

A non refundable booking fee is required of £50 to secure your date.

Your booking fee will be deducted from your outstanding balance.

Failure to pay this within 7 days of your enquiry sadly means your date being released.

Payment of your booking fee constitutes your agreement of these Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING

Please contact me to confirm your wedding date is available BEFORE paying any deposit.

 I will hold your date for 7 days, if payment is received after this time I can not guarantee your date will still be available.  

PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE

 The final balance payable on the day of wedding by Cash or Bank Transfer the 30 days before.

 

WEDDING DAY TRAVEL EXPENSES

Please be aware a 60p per mile fuel charge is applied to all bookings

– This will be added to your total costs.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Should for any reason you need to cancel the booking the following will apply;

Less than 4 weeks notice – 100% Charge will apply

 Less than 8 weeks notice – 50% Charge will apply

In the event of the wedding being postponed, all reasonable attempts will be made by the myself to accommodate the new booking arrangements made by the Client. However, if for any reason I am not able to accommodate the new arrangements this will be considered a cancellation and the above charges will apply.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Should I need to cancel your bridal hair due to illness,unforeseen circumstance beyond my control, i.e. accident/weather then I shall endeavour to locate a replacement hairstylist, who I personally recommend to cover your event. If this is not possible 100% refund will be given to you.

PHOTOS & IMAGES

If any photographs are taken by myself at the trial/or at the Wedding Day – then I reserve the right to use these images in my website gallery, Instagram or Facebook page, www.shesaidyesbridalhair.com. All photos received from Brides allows me consent to use as I see fit for business.

  • Explicit consent of the data subject so that we can keep you informed about news, events, activities and services and keep you informed about any change of events for your day.

Sharing your personal data
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared for administration purposes connected with the end of tax year.

We will only share your data with third parties with your consent.

Specifically, we retain associated paperwork for up to 6 years after the calendar year to which they relate;

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.

 

 Further processing

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Data Protection Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
