  • An £50 booking fee is required to secure a clients event date. Until this is received the chosen date is available to any client wishing to book.

  • All payments are non-refundable, however the booking fee is redeemable against the final balance.

  • A paid booking fee is confirmation that these terms and conditions have been acknowledged and agreed.

  • Failure to pay this within 7 days of your enquiry sadly means your date being released.

Minimum Charge

  • A minimum charge of a bride plus three other adults will apply for each wedding booking during peak season weddings (May - September)

  • This minimum excludes travel costs and accommodation (if required).

  • If the fee is unable to be reached fee due will be £380 exc travel and accommodation.



  • All Booking Fees are non refundable

  • Cancellations less than 4 weeks notice before the wedding/event, 100% of the trial(s)/final balance is payable

  • Cancellations 8 weeks notice before the wedding/event 50% of the trial(s)/final balance is payable.

  • Please note if you have paid for a trial and it has been carried out this will not be refunded.

  • If you have paid for a Hotel this is non refundable


  • Trials take place at my home salon (Getting here)  I can also travel to you but this will have an added travel allowance fee.

  • Trials can be paid for on the day of the trial or in advance.

  • Bridal trials will be on a weekday and will be a 2.5 hour appointment.

  • Any subsequent trials needed after the initial trial will also be charged for.

  • If once a booking fee is received, a trial (and therefore wedding day services) are no longer required by the client, and the client has failed to give notice within 2 weeks of the trial date that was agreed by both parties, the total trial amount will still be due.

  • If after the booking fee has been received the trial has taken place and services are no longer required by the client, the trial amount will still be due in full.

  • All payments are non refundable




  • Travel costs by car will be charged as a round trip to the client at £0.60p per mile, 20 miles and under is free.

  • Transport charges including parking and road toll charges are the responsibility of the client.

  • Transportation for long distance bookings, either abroad or in the uk, must be booked and managed by the client, not before Kim has agreed the details in email.

  • If accommodation is required in order to carry out the clients booking, this is the responsibility of the client to book and pay for such accommodation, which should be agreed with Kim in writing prior to booking.

  • All payments are non refundable






Should I need to cancel your bridal hair due to illness,unforeseen circumstance beyond my control, i.e. accident/weather then I shall endeavour to locate a replacement hairstylist, who I personally recommend to cover your event. If this is not possible 100% refund will be given to you.


If any photographs are taken by myself at the trial/or at the Wedding Day – then I reserve the right to use these images in my website gallery, Instagram or Facebook page, All photos received from Brides allows me consent to use as I see fit for business.
